His expertise and leadership are invaluable to our team. David has 18 years of experience and is well respected among his peers in the industry. After working at consulting firms of various sizes, David decided to found

With over a decade of hands-on experience in civil engineering and utility infrastructure, Jason is a results-driven manager who excels in strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and building strong relationships. Specializing in utility infrastructure design and permitting, Jason has played a pivotal role in launching and managing start-up engineering firms in the Texas Hill Country, serving small businesses and municipalities.
Jason has led a diverse portfolio of projects, from water system design and permitting to client acquisition and contract negotiation. With a proven track record in regulatory communication and project management, Jason has successfully executed projects such as Camp Long Mountain on Lake LBJ and Prochnow Vineyards.
In addition to his extensive experience, Jason is enhancing his technical expertise by adding Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) modeling to his skill set, further expanding his capabilities in water related analysis and design.
Jason is a skilled communicator, bilingual in English and Spanish, and an experienced public speaker, regularly representing his expertise at major events and trade shows. With a background that includes business development, team leadership, and brand management, Jason brings a holistic approach to every project, ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Outside of engineering, Jason has an entrepreneurial background, having founded and operated a successful family ranching business and a licensed on-farm abattoir. This blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience enables Jason to provide practical solutions that meet client needs, whether in engineering, business development, or agricultural management.
